GDPR Compliance

Is Ruzuku compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)?

Fundamentally, Ruzuku was designed with the same principles behind GDPR.

For example, GDPR emphasizes that users understand what they are signing up for and how they will be communicated with.

Signing up for a Ruzuku course is transparent to the user, requires clear consent, and there is support available from both the instructor and our support team if the user needs any assistance.

We are happy to help, for example, if a student wants to exercise their "right to be forgotten." We can remove their account both from a course and from our overall database.

Double opt-ins for your mailing list are controlled by your own provider (MailChimp, Aweber, etc.) and through the confirmation settings you choose.

We haven't yet found anything in the GDPR that conflicts with how Ruzuku courses work.
