Deactivate an instructor account
As an Administrator, you can make an Instructor's account inactive so that you can have a new Instructor teach courses in your university without exceeding your subscription limit.
Click on Site Management > People > [Search] > Details > Edit and then change their status from Active to Inactive. (Be sure their role remains Instructor.) Then click Save Changes.
Important Note: Please do not deactivate any Ruzuku or MoreBetterLabs administrator account. These are Ruzuku team members, and access to your university is required in order to support you and your students. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding users you do not recognize in your University.
