Ruzuku Payments - Students listed as "awaiting payment" or "pending payment"
Occasionally, you may see someone listed on your students page as "awaiting payment" or "pending payment". In both cases, the student does NOT have access to the course. These Payment statuses indicate pending enrollments made through your PayPal account.
Awaiting Payment means the student started the process of registering for the course through a PayPal price point, but abandoned the checkout process. They'll get an automatic email reminder to complete their registration.
Payment Pending most likely means that they paid with an eCheck (via Paypal) and that takes a few days to clear. Their account should activate automatically once the check clears. However, Paypal does not always inform Ruzuku when payments clear. After the student pays, and they still show as "payment pending", you can give them access to the course by clicking "Activate".
