The chat box in my video or teleconference webinar isn't scrolling automatically

If you scroll through the live event chat message box to view previous messages, the scroll stays in position, where you leave it. This means you won't automatically see new chat messages as they appear.

To activate automatic scrolling, scroll down to the bottom of the chat section to reveal the latest chat message. Once the chat scroll has been moved to the bottom, new chat messages will automatically appear without the need for further scrolling.
